Terms and Conditions

This certificate from The Brick entitles the holder to purchase his/her home furnishings, appliances and electronics at Builder/contractor prices for a period of sixty (60) days following the date of issuance shown on the face of this certificate.

Redemption procedures are as follows:

1. Contact The Brick - Sudbury at the telephone number shown on the face of this certificate.
2. Inform the Brick representative that you are a customer of Royal LePage North Heritage Realty and wish to make an appointment with him/her.
3. Advise the Brick representative of your name and the certificate number shown on the face of this certificate issued to you by Royal LePage North Heritage Realty.
4. Bring your certificate with you at the time of your appointment with the Brick representative.

This certificate must be surrendered to the Brick representative at the time of the initial appointment. There is no limit to the quantity of merchandise that may be purchased pursuant to this certificate provide your selection is within 60 days of the initial appointment.

This certificate may be used in combination with any Brick financing option. Purchase price must be paid in full by the time of delivery by cheque, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Brick Card account.

This certificate may not be used to reduce the purchase prise of merchandise acquired from The Brick pursuant to the Brick's price guarantee or price protection policies.

The certificate is not transferable, non assignable and has no cash value.
